What is distant Reiki?

Distance Reiki is a technique that allows pure energy to be sent over time and space. Healing can be sent to anyone, to situations or events, locations, or time.

How does distant Reiki work?

Distance Reiki works according to the Law of Similarity.  This means that we are all connected as we are all ultimately energy and part of the same whole. This principle is endorsed by quantum physicists who see that everything is part of a great quantum “soup”. This explains why Reiki is known as a biofield therapy according to the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) in the United States. During a distant Reiki session the practitioner links to the biofield of the recipient when sharing Reiki.

Applications of Distant Reiki

Distant Reiki is essentially shared with the recipient over time and space. It is particularly useful when a client is unable to get to my clinic. When people, or animals, are undergoing procedures in a hospital environment, or are homebound, they can benefit greatly from distant Reiki.

By reducing stress and facilitating deep relaxation, Reiki is a restorative experience which helps you feel better and supports your well-being physically, emotionally and mentally. As Reiki supports all medical treatments, people have sought distant Reiki for wide range of concerns, including:
